superb flavour and are characterised by the delicious
conserves and pastry dishes in which they are used
extensively.
Mirabelle is also excellent eaten ripe from
the tree and is considered to be a fruit for the gourmet!
Mirabelle de Nancy produces a huge crop of golden
medium-sized fruits blushed with pink which can be picked
around the third week in August.
