Ribes alpinum - Native Shrub English

Ribes alpinum makes a small neat bush or low hedge, with greenish yellow flowers and red berries, easy to grow and very good in shady positions.

This traditional "Flowering Currant" has pink/red flowers in March and April. It is one of the most reliable and easy to grow shrubs for any soil type or aspect. Height 5ft, width 3ft. Prune after flowering.
