If you want to purchase a plant we have listed below, but it does not appear in our on-line shop, we will quote you before you purchase. Please use the contact form by clicking here to advise us of your requirements.
We will reply via phone or email and give you current availability and price. You can then complete your purchase either on-line or by posting a cheque.

- Berberis atropurpurea 'Nana'
- A useful dwarf version of the purple Barberry, perfect for rockeries or as a dwarf
hedge.

- Berberis Buxifolia Nana

- Detail to follow.
- Berberis carminea Pirate King
- A small spiky shrub with the most bright fiery orange red berries which in autumn
really make the plant stand out
- Berberis darwinii
- A deservedly popular early-flowering shrub with small dark green leaves and
clusters of bright orange-red flowers bourne in spring.

- Berberis darwinii Compacta
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis frikartii Amstelveen
- Raised in Holland around 1960, makes a compact small evergreen shrub with
glossy green spiny leaves white beneath often giving good autumnal tones,
masses of yellow flowers in the spring.
- Berberis frikartii Telstar
- Similar on all accounts to B. Amstelveen but a little taller and more compact

- Berberis hyb. Chenaulti
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis interposita Wallich's Purple
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis julianae
- Making a good sized evergreen shrub upto about 3 metres. Foliage a typical
barberry spiky light green colour. Masses of scented deep yellow flowers, makes
a good screen or hedge subject.
- Berberis media Parkjuweel
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis media Red Jewel
- Makes a small shrub very similar to B. Parkjuweel but with larger leaves that
attain a metallic tone of purple

- Berberis otto. 'Superba'
- A vigorous hybrid with rich purple foliage, yellow flowers and red berries.
- Berberis stenophylla
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis stenophylla Irwinii
- Another useful hybrid with deep yellow flowers.

- Berberis temolaica
- An unusual and not often seen Barberry a tallish plant upto about 3metres,
shoots with an arresting purple white bloom.
- Berberis thun. Red Pillar
- Another upright form, derived from B.t. 'Erecta'. It has red-purple leaves which
turn a wonderful scarlet in autumn.
- Berberis thun. Rose Glow
- This is an extremely colourful low growing shrub. Its purple leaves are heavily
mottled with light pink and bright rose colours.
- Berberis Thun. Starburst
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis thunbergii
- Small shrub with a round dense crown bearing small pale yellow flowers in small
clusters, appearing in April to May.

- Berberis thunbergii Admiration
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis thunbergii Atropurpurea
- An invaluable small shrub, much favoured for its rich, wine red foliage and bright
red berries.

- Berberis thunbergii Atropurpurea Nana
- A useful dwarf version of the purple Barberry, perfect for rockeries or as a dwarf
hedge.
- Berberis thunbergii Aurea
- A small compact deciduous shrub, its new foliage in spring a beautiful bright
yellow. It prefers a little shade.

- Berberis thunbergii Bagatelle
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis thunbergii Bonanza Gold
- Makes a small shrub with an attractive combination of yellowish foliage and orange
red shoots. Tolerates reasonable amounts of sun.

- Berberis thunbergii Erecta
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis thunbergii Golden Torch
- Makes a small to medium sized deciduous shrub of upright growth habit foliage
a superb bright golden yellow.

- Berberis thunbergii Green Carpet
- A green leaved Berberis that grows to about 1 metre. Lovely autumnal colour,
when the leaves turn bright red.

- Berberis thunbergii Harlequin
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis thunbergii Helmond Pillar
- As the name suggests, this is an upright form of Berberis, with lovely wine-red
foliage and red berries.

- Berberis thunbergii Pink Queen
- Detail to follow.
- Berberis thunbergii Red Chief
- A Dutch selection in 1942 and still popular, makes a smallish shrub branches
upright habit but weeping at the tips purple red foliage.
- Berberis thunbergii Rose Glow
- This is an extremely colourful low growing shrub. Its purple leaves are heavily
mottled with light pink and bright rose colours.

- Berberis verruculosa
- A good and reliable small evergreen shrub, slowly makes a hummocky mound
2 to 2 metres, Quite small dark green spiny foliage followed by deep golden
yellow flowers.
- Berberis Wilsoniae
- This, more unusual, small hedging shrub was introduced from China by Ernest
Wilson. It has small light green leaves on thorny stems. A wonderful sight
when the autumn foliage blends beautifully with the coral pink of the fruit clusters.
