| Buddleja auriculata | A most distinctive Buddleia with attractive white felted leaves and highly fragrant creamy white flowers in early winter. Originates from southern Africa and though proving hardy here in Suffolk would benefit from a sheltered and warm position. | |
| Buddleja alternifolia | An attractive Buddleia with alternate narrow dark green leaves and beautiful fragrant lilac flowers in June. | |
| Buddleja alternifolia Argentea | An excellent rare form of Buddleia alternifolia - a stunning site with its combination of silver foliage and in June its lilac coloured fragrant flowers. | |
| Buddleja crispa (agathosma) | This is a wonderful large shrub with serrated leaves and downy white stems. In late summer, the tips of the stems bear beautiful lilac coloured fragrant flowers with orange throats. | |
| Buddleja davidii Black Knight | More a very deep dark purple than black but the effect is the same, very floriferous and always eye catching and asked for | |
| Buddleja dav. Harlequin | As it name suggests a eye catching mix of creamy white variegated foliage and purplish red flowers | |
| Buddleja dav. Nanho Blue | ||

| Buddleja globosa | The Orange Ball Tree really should be seen more often, for it is a lovely form of Buddleia. It has handsome grey-green foliage, but in June it comes into its own when it is laden with bright orange balls of tiny Buddleia scented flowers. | |
| Buddleja lindleyana | A very different and beautiful form of Buddleia, eventually reaching a medium sized shrub. In summer its flowers are a joy to behold: long slender racemes of purple-violet flowers with a delicate scent cover the plant. | |
| Buddleja Lochinch | A striking and handsome shrub with its grey young stems and leaves. As they mature, the upper side of the leaves turn green. Over the summer it produces fragrant violet-blue flowers with contrasting orange eye. | |
