Tamarix gallica

Tamarisk

A very beautiful native shrub that forms large bushes, pink flowers with sea green light feathery foliage. Useful on light dry soils.

Toona sinensis

Chinese Cedar

An unsual tree of considerable merit with its large handsome divided leaves often bronzy when young and very large panicles of white fragrant flowers. Previously called Cedrela sinensis.

"Chusan Palm" This hardy palm adds an air of the tropics to a garden. It's fully hardy but shelter from strong winds to avoid leaf damage. Yellow flwrs in summer.
