Botanica’s healthy native hedging plants are of genuine British origin, where the seeds and cuttings originate from native and naturally grown British stock, are certificated for their British Provenance and are more suited to the vagaries of the British climate.
Our quality British grown native hedging plants are superior transplanted stock not seedlings.
Unlike many continental imported hedging, they will establish themselves quickly; grow with greater vigour and flower and fruit at the right time according to our seasons.

We grow a range of bare root native hedging naturally in the soil and our pot grown native hedging plants are grown in our very own special 100% peat free compost so we can guarantee the superb quality of our genuine British origin hedging.
Our hedging plants are lifted with care from the fields and are fresh and out of the ground for as short a time as possible. They are then quality controlled, graded and heeled in to the sand beds where they are available for sale. Before dispatch they are dipped in water retaining gel to keep the root system moist, then handled and packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We carefully tend our hedging plants right the way from young seedlings and help them grow on to large instant hedging, so that we have an amazing selection of sizes available all year round.
